
Charmaine, a skin specialist, operates the Johannesburg studio and has been in practice for the last nine years
She is endorsed by two dermatologists both in terms of treatments practised as well as with regards to the associated products offered in support of such treatments. She also works closely with three other aesthetic doctors.
Charmaine studied at Face to Face beauty college where she also lectured and became Vice Principal. Shortly thereafter Charmaine joined L’Institut medical centre where she worked for six years under the guidance of two medical doctors who, similarily had a passion for the world of aesthetics and specifically, medical peels and micro needling treatments. It was here where she was introduced to laser therapy under the guidance of Professor Opt-Hoff of the CSIR, who mentored Charmaine over a period of some three years
Charmaine is a qualified beauty specialist, with an ITEC accreditation, a SAQA assessor and a Lamelle graduate, with a passion for integrating medical aesthetics and beauty therapy
She has a wide knowledge of and, offers retail sales of product ranges which support aesthetic treatments, most specifically, Neostrata, Filorga, Lamelle, Bioderma, RegimA, and Eucerin
Taryn has recently opened a studio in the northern suburbs of Capetown under the guidance of Charmaine and as an extension of the Johannesburg facility
Taryn has been in the beauty therapy industry since 2004 where she qualified with distinction in the disciplines of swedish massage, shiatsu and reflexology.
Since then Taryn has been in the service industry and decided that it was time to further her studies and pursue a career in medical aesthetics where her passion lies.
